Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Rodger therefore offers you the opportunity to return the product you have purchased if you are not satisfied. We advise you to contact us via our contact form within 30 days before returning.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.* We kindly ask you to follow the procedure as described under the topic Warranty and defects / RMA procedure generally. Returning products is entirely at the customer’s expense and risk. Business purchases are not eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Activating the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Rodger B.V., of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments made by you up to that point, excluding delivery costs, without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will be liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Exception to the right of withdrawal:

  • Products not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Warranty period and warranty handling

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty.  The legal guarantee period concerns that a product must possess those properties that are necessary for normal use. This means that under normal use a product must not show any defects during its expected lifetime.

To request an RMA number (return number), please complete the following steps.

For returns, we advise you to request an RMA number by mail or phone so that we can process your return as soon as possible.

As soon as you receive notification that your RMA request has been processed, you will find the RMA number (return number) in this same e-mail with which you can return the product to us. The RMA number is valid for 2 months.

Please observe the following when returning your product(s):

We recommend that you pack the products in the original packaging including all original accessories such as cables, instructions for use and accessories. The items must be well packed to avoid transport damage. We request that you sufficiently frank the package. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

General RMA conditions

Would you like to return a product? Then check out the procedure below. Rodger will then make sure to provide you with the best possible service.

Please follow the RMA procedure for the fastest processing.

The product was delivered defective (D.O.A.)

A D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) is a product that is/goes defective within 2 months of the invoice date. A D.O.A should always be reported within 2 months of the invoice date we advise you to use an RMA number.

You can submit an RMA request by contacting us by phone or email.

Please provide sufficient postage for the package. The shipping costs for returning the package from Rodger to you will be at your expense, provided the original order was also shipped. Please include your bank number with this shipment so that we can reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred. If you make a successful warranty claim, all costs (including shipping costs from you to Rodger) will be at our expense.

A proper comprehensive complaint description when you register your RMA will prevent unnecessary delays in processing. The RMA number is valid for 14 days, the product must be returned within this period.

NOTE: Please remember to return the product in its original packaging including cables, drivers, software, manuals, etc. Please pack the products well to avoid shipping damage.

The product is defective (Not D.O.A.)

By a non-D.O.A. product we mean a product that breaks down after 2 months. Should a product be defective or you suspect that a product is defective please contact us. Rodger will bear the shipping costs for returning the package from Rodger to you, provided the original order was also shipped. We strive to get your product back to you as soon as possible. If you make a successful warranty claim, all costs (including shipping costs from you to Rodger) will be at our expense.

Rodger delivered the wrong product

Should the delivery not match what you ordered, you can of course return it.  You can submit an RMA request for this. Since the cost of shipping in this case is for Rodger, please call or email us so we can send a return label for a free return.

You are not satisfied with the product ordered or you made a mistake

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Rodger. However, it is possible that you may have made a mistake in your purchase or you may not be satisfied with the product purchased. In this case, you should always notify us within 30 days of the invoice date, for more information:
