Return Policy and Warranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to withdraw your purchase within a 30-day period without giving any reason. To do so, please fill out the return form which was included with your order or request an RMA number by email (info@rodger.nl). Business purchases are not eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Returning products is entirely at the customer’s expense and risk.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive the payment, excluding delivery costs, back from us after we have received the products in good and unused condition. We will refund you with the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exception to the right of withdrawal:
Products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Warranty

On all our products, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, the legal warranty period applies. The legal warranty period concerns that a product must possess those properties required for normal use.This means that under normal use a product must not show any defects during its expected lifetime.

On our electronic products we give a standard warranty period of 2 years. On our sensorpants we give a standard warranty period of 3 months. When returning your product(s), please observe the following:

We recommend that you pack the products in the original packaging including all original accessories such as cables, instructions for use and accessories. The items must be well packed to avoid shipping damage. We request that you sufficiently frank the package.

We will check whether the returned product is actually defective. If it is, we will refund the shipping costs paid by you and ensure that you receive a correctly functioning product.

If the returned product does work properly and the complaint is a user error, we will charge a fee of €12.95 for the service provided and the shipping costs for returning your products.
