Complaints procedure Rodger B.V.

Complaints about Rodger B.V.’s products or services must be submitted within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, after the client has found the defects.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, after the defect or fault has been established.

Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Rodger B.V. will respond within the 14-day period with a notice of receipt and an indication of when the client can expect a more detailed answer.

All legal relationships to which the entrepreneur is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law, even if an obligation is wholly or partly carried out abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship is domiciled there.
