Complaints about usage products or services of Rodger BV must be submitted fully and clearly described within a reasonable period after the client has discovered the defects.

Complaints submitted to Rodger BV will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Rodger BV will respond within the 14-day period and indicate when the client can expect a more detailed response.
All legal relationships to Rodger BV will be exclusively governed by Dutch law, even if an engagement is fully or partially carried out abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship is domiciled in foreign countries.
